Architecture

Custom-cut exterior cornices, entrance columns and interior bulkheads for architects and developers.

Our lightweight EPS profiles dramatically reduce structural dead-load and installation times while accommodating complex geometric designs that are far more cost-effective than traditional masonry or timber work.

What we make

Cornices, columns and bulkheads, cut to your drawing.

01

Exterior cornices

Continuous profiles cut to your section drawing and run to length.

02

Entrance columns

Columns and capitals turned in EPS, then coated for the elevation.

03

Interior bulkheads

Bulkheads and ceiling details that go up without a steel sub-frame.

How it's made

Lightweight EPS profiles

The weight comes off the structure, which is what shortens the installation and takes the sub-frame out of the detail.

Cut to the drawing

Complex geometry is cut from your profile, so what arrives on site matches what was specified.
